AI sourcing for your JobDiva stack.

How BotHires fits alongside JobDiva — using JobDiva's own AI sourcing capabilities as a reference.

BotHires is not an ATS. It is an AI layer that augments JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, Vincere, Loxo, and others — with no rip-and-replace. JobDiva's search is genuinely strong. The question this page answers is not which is better, but whether your recruiters should still be the ones driving every search.

Capability map

JobDiva organizes AI sourcing around four surfaces: the Harvester, DivaMatch, semantic Talent and Agent Search, and hotlists. We use that framework and add a fifth — Apply-Time Experience — that contract staffing firms increasingly need.

Better BotHires is stronger on this capability Parity Comparable to the ATS reference Partial Limited scope or specific surface Roadmap Planned, not yet shipping
Capability JobDiva reference How BotHires does this Status
Apply-Time Experience
Between candidate submit and recruiter review
Applicants enter the pipeline for recruiter review in the normal workflow. Live AI screen at apply-time on a tenant-branded subdomain: resume parsed and JD-matched in seconds, real-time pre-screen chat (rate, location, availability, work auth). Candidates see status and queue number before closing the tab. Better
Resume acquisition
Filling the database
The Harvester continuously downloads, parses and semantically indexes resumes from your job-board subscriptions, keeping the pool refreshed at scale. Twenty years of accumulated depth in a mature tenant. Headless agents pull per requirement rather than continuously. We index what you already have, but we are not trying to out-harvest JobDiva. Partial
Search over owned data
Retrieval quality
Semantic search plus Boolean, including search by skill with years of experience. Consistently rated among the strongest in the category by verified reviewers. Semantic candidate-to-job matching with AI rerank across your indexed database. Parity
Who drives the search
Recruiter or system
A recruiter. Talent Search and Agent Search are tools a person operates, one requirement at a time. The system. Keywords, titles and skills extracted from the requirement automatically, with sanity checks that reject over-generic terms before they return noise. Better
Zero-result recovery
When the query returns nothing
Returns an empty result. The recruiter reformulates by hand. Adaptive search cascade — widen the date window, relax location, trim keywords — until the search returns usable candidates, with no human in the loop. Better
Live board search per req
Beyond your own database
Harvesting is scheduled and subscription-driven. Live per-requirement board search is a manual recruiter action. Agents authenticate into your existing board accounts, handle OTP, apply the filters for that specific requirement, and download matches. Typical 5–15 minutes from job to shortlist. Better
Match
Fit scoring
DivaMatch scores candidate against job description and job description against candidate, removing manual screening from the ranking step. Grounded AI evaluation that must quote the resume to justify a shortlist. Role-family enforcement and auto-vs-recruiter rejection tagging. Better
Engage
Outbound reach after the shortlist
Shortlist lands in the recruiter's queue; contact is theirs to make. AI email outreach with recruiter CC and reply-all routing. AI voice screening with scripted voicemail fallback, included from the entry tier. "Last searched" transparency so recruiters know what's already been worked. Better
Co-pilot
Inline AI assistant for the recruiter
Generative AI for job descriptions and recruiting tasks inside the platform. Real-time AI chat with the candidate at apply-time is production. Recruiter-side inline co-pilot inside our dashboard is planned, not shipping today. Roadmap
Portability
What happens when the ATS changes
Harvested data and match logic live inside JobDiva. Reconnect to the new ATS; the sourcing layer, index and decision history stay yours. Better

What BotHires doesn't do today

We're an AI layer, not an ATS. Honest about the gaps against JobDiva specifically:

  • No system of record — no notes graph, deal flow, or placement history
  • No all-native back office — no VMS Sync, timesheets, billing or payroll
  • No continuous harvesting at JobDiva's scale or accumulated depth
  • Limited compliance / EEO reporting depth
  • Recruiter-side inline co-pilot is on the roadmap

Where JobDiva is the better answer

  • Raw retrieval over a large owned database. If your recruiters know what they're looking for and can express it, JobDiva finds it. We don't claim to beat it on that axis
  • All-native operations. Sourcing through billing in one system with no integration surface
  • Harvesting depth. The inventory a mature tenant holds isn't something a new tool replicates

Why this works as an AI layer

For firms already on JobDiva whose recruiters still drive every search by hand:

  • Keep JobDiva as system of record — no migration, no retraining
  • BotHires connects over JobDiva's open REST API, or ingests jobs by forwarded email
  • Uses your existing job-board subscriptions — no separate board licensing
  • The Harvester keeps the database fresh; BotHires works the requirement
  • Usage-based pricing — pay for what the agent does, not per-seat
